PUBLIC HEARING
The Fredericktown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Fredericktown Municipal Building, 2 E. Sandusky St. The purpose of this hearing is to hear public comment on a request from Matt Ruhl to rezone his parcel, #65-00623.000, at 9 N. Edgehill Dr. from R1 – Single-Family Residence District to R2 – Two-Family Residential District.
