The Fredericktown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Fredericktown Municipal Building, 2 E. Sandusky St. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of David Mullin, 35 Miami Avenue, Fredericktown. He is requesting a variance because the new accessory building he would like to have built, would be closer to the property line than zoning code allows.
