IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to construction of the water infrastructure improvements (installing new water valves), there will be a substantial WATER SHUTDOWN ON JUNE 1st, beginning at 7:30 AM and likely lasting until late afternoon. This shutdown will affect all Village utility customers in the following areas:
– High Street, from Taylor Street to Main Street
– Taylor Street, from Sandusky Street to High Street
– North Main Street, from Sandusky Street to High Street
– Chestnut Street, from Sandusky Street to First Street
– Mulberry Street, from Sandusky Street to High Street
– First Street, from Main Street to Holly Holly Street
– Second Street, from Taylor Street to Main Street
– Holly Street, from Taylor Street to First Street
– College Street, from Taylor Street to Main Street
In short, this shutdown will affect virtually all water customers from High Street to Second Street, and from Taylor Street to Main Street. The Splash Pad at Kokosing Park will also be CLOSED on June 1st, due to this water shutdown, as will the Village Office.
